“Monica was referred to me by an out of state realtor after my first attempt to sell my house was met with issues causing me to terminate the attempted sale early. Monica met with me, and we discussed the situation. She gave a very professional presentation on how a future sale could be better. My anticipated future sale date stretched out for another seven years. Every year Monica checked in with me to see what I was planning and gave some advice on some issues to address to enhance the house for sale, once we committed to a sale date. Once up for sale we had an acceptable offer much quicker than expected and will be moving out very soon. “I've known Monica my entire life, however, using her as my realtor got me seeing an entirely new side of her. She has always been kind, compassionate and understanding but as a realtor she was able to meld all these wonderful attributes and so many more seamlessly. Her team was able to get through everything in front of us (including a pandemic) to get us from offer to closed in 35 days. That's beyond outstanding. We saw probably 50 houses in the course of house hunting, almost all with my 4 month old baby in tow. Monica was patient, didnt force us into any decisions and helped with our daughter every single time we went out. She communicated promptly at all houses of the day and never let us think she was too busy or had other clients. We lost out on multiple houses due to contingencies in our offers and Monica again never lost faith. We ended up finding the perfect house with her help.
